The shelves have been designed as a modern reinterpretation of “Amagerhylden”, a triangled shelf used by peasants many decades ago all over Europe, and especially the peasants at the island Amager close to Copenhagen. When designing I also had the image of an old oak tree in mind. The “trunk” must be fixed to your wall with two screws. The shelves are then put on without glue, screws or nails.
